The infamous Tire. This project served as a crash course to familiarize students with a start-to-finish workflow creating a game-ready asset using high- to low-poly baked unique textures. We were given a number of existing tire designs created by industry professionals to study and ultimately try to reproduce.
While a tire may be relatively mundane, especially one that is not even an original design, I am quite satisfied with the final quality of this piece.
